ADA aims to initiate, promote and implement measures to develop responsible and active societies from a cultural, educational, social and ecological point of view.
The organization carries out projects and initiatives designed to provide young people with learning, mentoring and personal development opportunities, encouraging them to realize their potential and become leaders of change in society.
Through innovative programs, practical workshops, events and mentoring initiatives, we offer concrete opportunities for learning and personal development.
From workshops and trainings on leadership, communication and entrepreneurship, to camps, conferences and community events, each activity is designed to inspire, motivate and provide practical experiences.

“At ADA we firmly believe that young people are the present, and their development and involvement must become a priority for all actors in society. We also believe that young people can change the world if they are allowed and supported to do so. That’s why all our projects have young people at their center and regardless of the themes and topics addressed, through everything we do we aim to empower young people and equip them with the skills they need to develop and actively participate in the life of communities local, county, national or European level”.

Of experience
So far we have implemented several projects financed by Youth in Action, Erasmus+ or the European Solidarity Corps, as well as various local activities and projects.
During the 11 years of activity, #ADA has developed as a high-performance work team, composed of 40 volunteers and 6 youth workers, and the experience of the implemented projects, as well as the participation at various courses, trainings, activities and projects contributed to the organizational development and to the personal, professional and social development of the team members.
